In the property «Am Tych» in Oftringen on a former factory site, GLANDON rents a total of 15 business apartments since April 2019. In the 1st half of 2020, the offer in this region was expanded by five additional furnished apartments in the adjacent country house, which was built in 1800 by textile manufacturer and tannery owner Jakob Briner. The apartments are very spacious, ranging from 90 to 176 square meters, and are suitable for business travelers as well as families.

Whoever enters the «Villa Am Tych» quickly realizes that they are in a place with history. Many old elements such as the parquet flooring, the tiled stoves or the paneling in the living rooms have been left standing. The interplay of listed and new elements runs through the entire property. This was also taken into account in the furnishings; «mix and match» dominates. This trend is characterized by contrasts, styles from different eras are used and boldly combined. This creates something completely new – and in the case of the country house in Oftringen, something very coherent.

The «Villa Am Tych» is centrally located in a park-like green area. In just a few minutes' walk, tenants can reach the Aarburg-Oftringen train station and from there the Olten junction. In the immediate vicinity is a shopping center with supermarkets and numerous other stores.

The minimum rental period is one month and you have the option to choose between a limited or a unlimited rental contract with a notice period of one month.
