The 15 GLANDON apartments feature an airy and modern interior design. They are equipped with all modern conveniences so that the «temporary living» of guests quickly becomes a home away from home. The rental of the apartments started in January 2018 and GLANDON Apartments was not involved in the renovation and furnishing. «This is rarely the case», explains Mareike Karaschewski, manager at GLANDON and responsible for the «Schwanen» property. «But we are very satisfied with how the owner – Brugger Liegenschaften AG – has handled everything. The furnishing is quite sophisticated and visually appealing», Karaschewski added.
The beautiful design of the apartments is certainly also a reason why the rental of the business apartments has started very well. «We are fully booked,» confirms Karaschewski. Another reason for the success – which is also repeatedly mentioned by guests in the reviews – is the great location. The «Schwanen» is located along the Limmat with an unobstructed view of the city of Baden. The Mercier pedestrian walkway and the inclined bridge in front of the property connect Ennetbaden with Baden's spa district.
Brugger Liegenschaften AG has successfully combined the historical walls with modern needs in «Schwanen». «A homage to Art Nouveau are the restaurant and bar, which radiate international flair on the ground floor,» says Jacqueline Wyss, member of the Board of Directors of Brugger Liegenschaften AG. They have received compliments for this from many guests. The hotel's wellness facilities, which are also available to GLANDON tenants, have also become very attractive. It provides an ideal place to relax – and reminisce about the past.
