Describe Zurich in three phrases?Small but nice
What should tenants of GLANDON in Zurich have to see or experience?Take the Polybahn from Central to the Polyterrasse and enjoy the view of the city of Zurich from there. Another must-see: Zurich's old town on the left bank of the Limmat with the Lindenhof, Augustinergasse, St. Peter's Church with the largest clock face in Europe, the Schipfe and much more.
It can happen in Switzerland: rain all day long! Where would you go for your visit?To the National Museum right next to the main railway station or to the Masoala Hall at the Züri Zoo.
Where is the city's most beautiful vantage point?In my opinion this is the Waid vantage point. The view from the Käferberg over the whole city and the Alps is fantastic.
Which Zurich restaurants can you recommend?Where's the best brunch?Café des Amis, brunch à la carte
Do you know a good walking or hiking trail directly from the city centre?Take the Uetlibergbahn (S10) to Triemli station and from there walk up the Uetliberg – another vantage point with a great view over the city of Zurich.
Where do you go when you want to relax and have some peace and quiet?To the Zurich Botanical Garden.
Where in Zurich do you take the best photos for Instagram?- in springtime the Bertastrasse (from the direction of Idaplatz). Wonderful Cherryblossom!

During which event is a visit to Zurich particularly worthwhile?During the «Züri Fäscht» because downtown Zurich becomes one big festival mile. The «Züri Fäscht» takes place every four years, the next time from 01.07. – 03.07.2022.
Which GLANDON apartment house do you like best in Zurich?The property on St. Jakobstrasse, in the middle of the action but still quietly located.
